With more than 17 years of experience in sales and business development, Mandel has spent his career building relationships, understanding what drives business growth, and having the kinds of conversations that uncover what people and organizations really need.
On The Staffing Perspective, he brings that same curiosity to staffing and recruiting – sitting down with founders, executives, recruiters, and operators to explore what’s changing, what’s working, and what they’ve learned along the way.
